Sunday 10th August at 10.30am: Service led by the Champion’s Challenge Team

A new Church year begins 7.00pm: MADE IN CHINA: A very special service celebrating the dynamic story of the Church in China today—and the part PCI has played. Led by the Rev. Principal Laurence Kirkpatrick. We will be joined by Gardenmore, Craigyhill and other neighbouring congregations. September 21st: COMMUNION at both services. ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. SUNDAY SCHOOLS: On a day when we celebrate the sacrament of infant
baptism the ongoing work of our Sunday Schools and Children’s Church should be uppermost in our thoughts. Both Sunday Schools and Bible Classes—Larne & Inver and Olderfleet - resume on Sunday 14th September. Both welcome new children and young people. Both also are seeking assistance in helping with classes. If you would like to know if you could help—even for a few weeks—please contact Mr. McClure, the Church Office or the Superintendents—David Simms (Larne & Inver) and Kenneth McKinley (Olderfleet). 2. FIRST LARNE YOUTH CLUB: Urgent appeal for Helpers. The Youth Club urgently needs volunteers who can help out on a Saturday night between 7.00pm and 9.30pm. otherwise the Club may not be able to re-open in September. If interested please contact Billy Swann the Church Office or sign the sheet in the vestibule. 3. AFRICAN CHILDREN’S CHOIR: you are invited to a special concert in Gardenmore Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 10th September at 7.30pm. Admission is free. 6. BELFAST BIBLE COLLEGE: evening classes commencing 9th September covering a wide range of Biblical and practical subjects. Pick up a leaflet from the vestibule table for further details.
