Christian Aid Walk 2016

Saturday 21st May 2016, 10.00 am, Carnfunnock Country Park

A small band of dedicated people took part in a walk round the park to raise funds for Christian Aid. This walk has taken place each year since the 1970s and is part of the local churches’ commitment to help others less fortunate than themselves.

This year the walk was blessed with dry, sunny weather and it was a very enjoyable experience walking in a glorious setting with stunning views from the high part of the route.

The organisers hope this year’s walk will have raised up to £1000. Everyone is very welcome to take part next year – we would love to see you there.
